307. עדכון על שינויים
בעל תפקיד זר יודיע לבית המשפט, בהקדם האפשרי, על כל שינוי מהותי שחל בהליך הזר ממועד הגשת בקשת ההכרה, לרבות שינוי הנוגע למינויו, וכן על ניהולו של הליך זר נוסף הנוגע לחייב, שנודע לו עליו.
