315. פירעון חובות בהליכי חדלות פירעון ובהליך זר המתנהלים במקביל
(א)נושה שחלק מחובו נפרע במסגרת הליך זר, לא יהיה זכאי לקבל תשלום בשל אותו חוב במסגרת חלוקה בהליכי חדלות פירעון לגבי אותו חייב, כל עוד שיעור החוב שנפרע לנושים אחרים באותה דרגה בסדר הפירעון קטן משיעור החוב שנפרע לאותו נושה במסגרת ההליך הזר.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף קטן (א) כדי לגרוע מזכויותיו של נושה בעל זכויות פירעון מיוחדות או נושה בעל זכות קניינית.
