בית המשפט רשאי, לבקשת בעל עניין בהסדר החוב, להעניק לו סעד כפי שיראה לנכון בנסיבות העניין, אם מצא שצו עיכוב ההליכים הזמני עלול לפגוע בו פגיעה מהותית.
