325. חובות ותנאים שלא ייכללו בהסדר חוב
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)לא ניתן לפטור חייב בהסדר חוב מהחובות המנויים בסעיפים 89(ב) ו־175.
(ב)לא ניתן לכלול בהסדר חוב תנאי שלפיו הסדר החוב יאושר כתוכנית לשיקום כלכלי או כצו לשיקום כלכלי במסגרת הליכי חדלות פירעון.
