במסגרת הליכי חדלות פירעון לא ניתן לקבוע כי יראו הסדר חוב שאושר לפי חלק זה כתוכנית לשיקום כלכלי שאושרה לפי סימן ג׳ לפרק ז׳ בחלק ב׳ או כצו לשיקום כלכלי כמובנו בחלק ג׳.
