342. מעמדו של נציג הנושים בדירקטוריון
נציג הנושים רשאי להיות נוכח בכל ישיבות הדירקטוריון של התאגיד המדווח וועדותיו ולקבל כל מידע שחבר דירקטוריון רשאי לקבל, אך לא יהיה רשאי להיות נוכח בישיבות שעניינן גיבוש עמדת התאגיד לגבי המשא ומתן המוגן ולקבל מידע הנוגע לכך.
