357. מעבר למערכת מקוונת
השר רשאי לקבוע כי פעולות הנעשות לפי חוק זה, כולן או חלקן, ובכלל זה דיווחים, פרסומים, הגשת בקשות ומסמכים, מתן זכות עיון או הצבעות יבוצעו באופן מקוון, ובלבד שיובטח מענה הולם למי שאינו עושה שימוש באמצעים מקוונים, ורשאי הוא לקבוע הוראות לעניין אופן ביצוען של פעולות מקוונות אלה.
