58. דרכי השיקום הכלכלי
(א)במקביל להפעלת התאגיד יפעל הנאמן לגיבוש דרכי שיקומו הכלכלי.
(ב)שיקום כלכלי של תאגיד יכול שיהיה באמצעות תכנית לשיקום כלכלי, בדרך של מכירת פעילותו העסקית של התאגיד בלא תכנית כאמור, או בשילוב ביניהן.
