60. הגבלות על נושים בעלי זכויות
פירעון מיוחדות היה תאגיד בהפעלה יחולו על מימוש נכסים המשועבדים בשעבוד קבוע, גיבוש שעבוד צף, מסירת נכסים שיש לגביהם זכות עיכבון וקבלת חזקה בנכסים הכפופים לשיור בעלות, המגבלות הקבועות בסעיפים 245, 252, 253 ו־254.
