66. הגדרת חוזה קיים
בסימן משנה זה, ”חוזה קיים“ – חוזה שתאגיד בהפעלה הוא צד לו, שמועד כריתתו קדם למועד מתן הצו לפתיחת הליכים לגבי התאגיד וביצועו טרם הושלם בידי הצדדים לו עד אותו מועד.
