76. תחולה על חוזה שבוטל בסמוך לפני מתן הצו
לפתיחת הליכים ההוראות החלות לפי סימן משנה זה על חוזה קיים יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על חוזה שהתאגיד בהפעלה היה צד לו שבוטל כדין בסמוך לפני מועד מתן הצו לפתיחת הליכים וביצועו טרם הושלם בידי הצדדים לו במועד ביטולו.
