85. אישור תכנית לשיקום כלכלי בידי הנושים וחברי התאגיד
(א)הצעה לתכנית לשיקום כלכלי יראו אותה כהצעה שאושרה בידי הנושים וחברי התאגיד, אם אושרה בכל אחת מאסיפות הסוג בהתאם להוראות כמפורט להלן:
(1)בהצעה תמכו רוב המצביעים באותה אסיפה;
(2)המצביעים שתמכו בהצעה מחזיקים יחד בשלושה רבעים לפחות מכוח ההצבעה של כלל המצביעים באותה אסיפה.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”מצביעים“ – למעט מי שנמנעו בהצבעה.
