7. החזרת גופה לקבורה
(א)בכפוף להוראות כל דין, כל שריד של הגופה שהוצא מהקבר וכן הדגימות שנלקחו לעריכת בדיקה גנטית לקשרי משפחה יוחזרו לקבורה במועד מוקדם ככל האפשר.
(ב)התגלה כי בחלקת קבר היו קבורים יותר מנפטר אחד, יובא כל אחד מהנפטרים לקבורה בקבר נפרד.
