29. חובת תיעוד אמצעי תשלום
(א)עוסק יתעד את אמצעי התשלום שבאמצעותו שילם תשלום או קיבל תקבול.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לקבוע, במסגרת הוראות ניהול ספרים לפי סעיף 130 לפקודת מס הכנסה, הוראות לעניין אופן התיעוד של אמצעי התשלום לפי סעיף קטן (א), לרבות באמצעות שמירת מסמכים המעידים על אמצעי התשלום.
