32. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ונגיד בנק ישראל ובאישור ועדת החוקה, להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 11 יובאו לאישור ועדת החוקה בתוך שלושה חודשים מיום התחילה.
