5. תיקון חוק שירות המילואים – תחולה
הוראות סעיפים 18 ו־19 לחוק שירות המילואים, התשס״ח–2008, כנוסחם בחוק זה, יחולו על תשלום תגמולים לפי הסעיפים האמורים החל מיום פרסומו של חוק זה ואילך, בשל שירות מילואים שבוצע החל מיום ג׳ בטבת התשע״ז (1 בינואר 2017).
