14ה1. הנחה לחטופים ונעדרים
תיקון: תשפ״ד
מחזיק בנכס שנקבע כי הוא חטוף או נעדר לפי חוק תגמולים לבני משפחה של חטופים ונעדרים בפעולת איבה, התשפ״ד–2023, זכאי להנחה מארנונה כללית שהוטלה על הנכס בשיעור של 100%, לגבי התקופה שבה הוא בגדר חטוף או נעדר כאמור.
