16. ביטול ההנחה
זכאי להנחה שלא פרע במלואה את יתרת הארנונה שהוטלה על הנכס בשנת הכספים, עד יום 31 בדצמבר של אותה שנה, תהיה ההנחה שנקבעה לו בטלה מאותו יום ותיווסף ליתרת הארנונה.
