11. תפקידי המועצה
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשס״ג־2, תשס״ג־3
(א)המועצה, מבלי לגרוע משאר תפקידיה –
(1)תחליט בדבר מדיניות הפיקוח החקלאי של הרשות ותכין תכניות לביצועה;
(2)תכין את תקציב הרשות;
(3)תעקוב אחר ביצוע המדיניות של הרשות, תכניותיה ותקציבה.
(ב)החלטות המועצה לפי פסקה (1) טעונות אישור השר, ובלבד שאישור כאמור של החלטות הנוגעות לחיקוקי המועצות החקלאיות, לא יינתן אלא לאחר התייעצות עם שר התעשיה והמסחר.
