19. מינוי מפקחים
(א)המועצה תמנה מפקחים מבין עובדי הרשות לשם ביצוע הפיקוח החקלאי; המינוי ייעשה בכתב.
(ב)על מינוי מפקחים לפי סעיף זה תינתן הודעה לשר המשטרה, ושר המשטרה רשאי להסמיכם, בהסמכה כללית או מיוחדת, לערוך חקירות לשם ביצוע הפיקוח החקלאי.
