26. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)השר רשאי, בצו, לאחר התייעצות עם מועצת הרשות ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, לשנות את רשימת חיקוקי החקלאות שבתוספת.
