1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקר הגא“ – בקר מורשה לעניין הרשות המוסמכת לפי חוק ההתגוננות;
”הגא“ – שירות ההתגוננות האזרחית שהוקם לפי סעיף 2 לחוק ההתגוננות;
”חוק ההתגוננות“ – חוק ההתגוננות האזרחית, התשי״א–1951;
”רע״ן הנדסה“ – ראש ענף הנדסה במפקדת פיקוד העורף.
