1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”רשיון“ – רשיון או תעודת היתר או היתר זמני לעסוק בריפוי שיניים;
”רופא מחוזי“ – רופא בשירות משרד הבריאות ששר הבריאות הפקידו על לשכת בריאות מחוזית או נפתית;
”המחלקה“ – המחלקה למקצועות רפואיים במשרד הבריאות.
