26. הודעה על הליך לפני הרשם
תיקון: תשע״ח
על כל הליך לפי חוק זה לפני הרשם תפורסם הודעה באתר האינטרנט של הרשות לפחות שלושים יום לפני המועד שנקבע להליך, ובה יוזמן כל בעל זכות להתייצב בהליך ולהודיע לרשם על התייצבותו חמישה ימים לפני קיום ההליך; לא מסר האדם הודעה על כך כאמור – לא יורשה להתייצב.
