28. דיון בהליכים על ריב
(א)בכל הליך על ריב המובא לפני הרשם לפי חוק זה – יתן הרשם לבעלי הדין הזדמנות להגיש ראיותיהם ולהשמיע טענותיהם לפניו בדרך, בצורה, במועדים ובאופן שנקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)הרשם רשאי לצוות על תשלום ההוצאות שימצאן סבירות ולהורות מי מבעלי הדין ישלם את ההוצאות וכיצד ישולמו.
(ג)צו לפי סעיף קטן (ב) ניתן להוצאה לפועל כאילו היה צו בית המשפט.
