2. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”הארכיון“ – ארכיון המרכז שהוקם לפי סעיף 26;
”הגנז“, ”הגנזך“, ”חומר ארכיוני“ ו”מוסד ממוסדות המדינה“ – כהגדרתם בחוק הארכיונים, התשט״ו–1955 (להלן – חוק הארכיונים);
”המכון“ – המכון לחקר מורשת יהדות אתיופיה שהוקם לפי סעיף 19;
”המרכז“ – מרכז לחקר ושימור מורשת יהדות אתיופיה;
”מוסד מוכר“ ו”המועצה להשכלה גבוהה“ – כמשמעותם בחוק המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, התשי״ח–1958;
”השר“ – שר התרבות והספורט.
