27. הטיפול בחומר הארכיוני
(א)הטיפול בחומר ארכיוני הנוגע ישירות ליהדות אתיופיה יהיה נתון לארכיון.
(ב)השר, לאחר התייעצות עם הגנז ועם מנהל המרכז, יקבע בתקנות את סוגי החומר הארכיוני הנמצא בארכיון המדינה או במוסד ממוסדותיה אשר יועבר לארכיון.
(ג)חומר ארכיוני כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) יועבר לארכיון, כמקור או כהעתק, באופן שיורה הגנז.
