2. מהותו של חוזה סוכנות
חוזה סוכנות הוא חוזה בתמורה בין ספק ובין סוכן מסחרי, שבו הספק מייפה את כוחו של הסוכן המסחרי בהרשאה מתמשכת לאיתור לקוחות חדשים או להתקשרות נוספת עם לקוחות קיימים, לשם רכישת טובין המשווקים על ידי הספק, בלי שמתקיימים בין הצדדים יחסי עובד ומעביד או קשרי שותפות.
