10. חובת דיווח
(א)הוועדה תגיש לשר, בחודש ינואר בכל שנה, דין וחשבון הכולל את סיכום פעילותה השנתית בשנת התקציב שהסתיימה ב־31 בדצמבר של השנה שקדמה לה.
(ב)השר יגיש לוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, עד ה־31 במרס בכל שנה, את הדין וחשבון שקיבל בהתאם לסעיף קטן (א), בצירוף הערותיו, מסקנותיו ותכניותיו בקשר לנושאים הכלולים בדין וחשבון.
(ג)הדין וחשבון יובא לידיעת הציבור בדרך שיורה השר.
