4. תקופת כהונה של הוועדה ושל חבר הוועדה
(א)תקופת כהונתה של הוועדה היא שבע שנים, שתחילתן בתום כל שנת שמיטה; עד לאותו מועד, יפעל השר למינוי הוועדה לתקופת הכהונה הבאה.
(ב)תקופת כהונתו של חבר הוועדה היא שבע שנים, והשר רשאי לשוב ולמנותו לתקופת כהונה נוספת אחת.
