10. ניגוד ענינים
התברר לחבר המועצה, לגבי נושא הנדון בישיבת המועצה או המטופל על ידו, כי הוא עלול להימצא, במישרין או בעקיפין, במצב של חשש לניגוד ענינים בין כהונתו במועצה לבין ענין אישי שלו, או בין כהונתו במועצה לבין תפקיד אחר שלו –
(1)יודיע על כך מיד ליושב ראש המועצה;
(2)יימנע מהשתתפות בדיוני המועצה באותו נושא או מטיפול בו.
