2. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”הוועדה“ – ועדת החינוך התרבות והספורט של הכנסת;
”הרשות“ – הרשות הישראלית לחילופי נוער וצעירים שהוקמה לפי סעיף 3;
”השרים“ – שר החינוך ושר החוץ.
