6. המועצה
לרשות תהיה מועצה של 11 חברים (בחוק זה – המועצה), שימנו השרים, ואלה חבריה:
(1)נציג משרד ראש הממשלה, לפי המלצת ראש הממשלה;
(2)נציג משרד החינוך, לפי המלצת שר החינוך;
(3)נציג משרד האוצר, לפי המלצת שר האוצר;
(4)נציג משרד החוץ, לפי המלצת שר החוץ;
(5)נציג משרד התיירות, לפי המלצת שר התיירות;
(6)נציג מועצת תנועות הנוער;
(7)נציג מרכז השלטון המקומי;
(8)נציג ארגון העובדים המייצג את המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים במדינה;
(9)שלושה נציגי ציבור.
