3. ביצוע ותקנות
שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצוען של הוראות אמנת הבנק ולמילוי התחייבויותיה של המדינה על פיהן, לרבות בדבר המעמד, החסינויות וזכויות היתר של הבנק, של נגידיו ומנהליו וחליפיהם, של פקידיו ועובדיו ושל מומחים המבצעים משימות מטעם הבנק.
