2. פירוש
תיקון: תש״ח, ק״ת תש״ך
(1)בפקודה זו יהיו למונחים הבאים הפירושים דלקמן, מלבד אם ענין הכתוב יחייב פירוש אחר –
(א)”מנהל“ פירושו המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות;
(ב)”רופא הממשלה“ פירושו פקיד משרד הבריאות [במקור: מחלקת הבריאות] הממונה על עניני הבריאות בנפה.
(2)אין פקודה זו באה למנוע –
(א)רופא בעל רשיון מלעסוק בילוד; או
(ב)כל אדם מהגשת עזרה שלא על מנת לקבל פרס במקרה דחוף.
