1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה לאישור של בית המשפט לעריכת בדיקה גנטית בחסוי או בפסול דין לפי סעיף 27(ב) לחוק;
”בית המשפט“ – בית המשפט לעניני משפחה.
