4. תנאי העסקה
לא יעסיק בית חולים מורשה לעסוק בסיעוד אלא בהתקשרות ישירה עם אותו מורשה בין אם הוא עובד במשכורת ובין אם הוא עובד בשכר ובין ללא גמול, ובית החולים או מנהלו או בעליו ישלמו לו במישרין את גמול עבודתו, במידה שהוא זכאי לו כאמור.
