5א. אישור זכאות לגשת לבחינה
תיקון: תשפ״ו
אישור זכאות לגשת לבחינות ממשלתיות כמפורט בפסקה (3) לתקנה 5(א), (ב), (ג) או (ג1) או לבחינות מיוחדות לפי תקנה 5(ד), לפי העניין, יינתן בכתב בידי ראש מינהל אחיות במשרד טרם הבחינה למי שעמד ביתר הדרישות לפי התקנות האמורות.
