11. בוררות
(א)הסכימה מדינה זרה, בכתב, למסור לבוררות סכסוך אשר התעורר או עשוי להתעורר בעתיד, לא תהא למדינה הזרה חסינות מפני סמכות שיפוט, לגבי הליכים בבית משפט הקשורים לבוררות, אלא אם כן נקבע אחרת בהסכם הבוררות.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על הסכם בוררות בין מדינות שחלות עליו הוראות המשפט הבין־לאומי הפומבי, למעט הסכם כאמור שאחד הצדדים לו הוא גוף נפרד שאינו בנק מרכזי.
