למדינה זרה תהא חסינות מפני סמכות השיפוט של בתי המשפט בישראל, למעט סמכות השיפוט בעניינים פליליים (בחוק זה – חסינות מפני סמכות שיפוט), בכפוף להוראות חוק זה.
