4. ביצוע ותקנות
שר הפנים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות לביצועו, לרבות לעניין סדרי מסירת אזרחות הכבוד של חלל מלחמת הקוממיות לקרובי משפחתו.
