9. הוראת מעבר
על בית יד לבנים מקומי שהיה קיים ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, יחולו הוראות חוק זה, ואולם חברי ועד מנהל או בעלי תפקיד דומה בבית יד לבנים כאמור יחדלו לכהן בתפקידם בתום שלושה חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה.
