ניתן צו לפירוק חברה בפיקוח בית המשפט, יפרסם המבקש הודעה על כך ברשומות או באופן אחר שיורה עליו בית המשפט, וישלח העתקים מן הצו למי שיורה בית המשפט ובאופן שיורה.
