44. דוחו״ת המפרק

(א)דין וחשבון שעל המפרק להגיש לפי סעיף 313 לפקודה ייערך לפי טופס 10.
(ב)הכונס הרשמי רשאי להורות למפרק, כל אימת שיראה צורך בכך, להמציא לו, תוך זמן שיקבע, דוחו״ת על הכספים שקיבל וששילם ועל מהלך ניהול הפירוק, וזאת בנוסף על הדיווח לפי תקנת משנה (א).
(ג)הצהיר המפרק בכתב כי בתקופת הדו״ח לא היו תקבולים ותשלומים, יראו את התצהיר כדו״ח.
