הועבר מפרק מתפקידו או ביקש להתפטר או להשתחרר, ימסור לכונס הרשמי דו״ח כספי סופי, וכן ימסור לו או למפרק החדש – אם נתמנה כזה – את פנקסי החשבונות ושאר המסמכים הנוגעים לניהול נכסי החברה.
