מקום שהכונס הרשמי פועל כמפרק, יבוא במקומו בית המשפט לענין כל מעשה ומינוי שיהיה בידי הכונס ולענין כל רשות שהיתה צריכה להינתן מטעמו, וכל מסמך שיש להגישו לפי תקנות אלה לכונס, יגישנו הכונס לבית המשפט.
