נשארו ביד המפרק או בשליטתו כספים מנכסי חברה בפירוק מרצון שבמשך ששה חדשים מיום סיום הליכי הפירוק לא נמצא להם תובע או שלא נדרשו, יחולו הוראות סעיף 372 לפקודה.
