7. תעודה מאת הרשם

בית המשפט לא ידון בבקשת הפירוק אלא אם כן הוצגה לפניו תעודה מאת הרשם או מאת פקיד בית המשפט שהרשם הסמיך לכך, המאשרת כי המבקש מילא אחר כל הוראות התקנות הנוגעות להגשת בקשת הפירוק.
