לפי בקשת הכונס הרשמי, רשאי בית המשפט להורות שפנקסי חשבונות ושאר מסמכיה של חברה שנשארו בידי הכונס הרשמי לאחר גמר פירוקה ייגנזו, יימכרו או יושמדו, או שיעשה בהם אחרת.
