32. הודעה על מועד שמיעת הבקשה
הכונס הרשמי ישלח לכל נושה שתבע את חובו, הודעה בכתב על המועד שקבע בית המשפט לשמיעת הבקשה לאישור פשרה שתיערך לפי טופס 15.
